You shouldn't wear the same shoes everyday

It can be tempting to always wear on your favorite shoes, I know how you feel! Sometimes it is just a matter of style or color, other times it' comfort. However, wearing the same pair of shoes every day is not recommended.

Give your feet a rest
By wearing the same shoe every day, you are overusing the same foot and leg muscles, all day long! If you wear different pair of shoes, alternately, everyday, it offers relief to sore foot muscles.
Give your shoes a rest
Leather absorbs all the sweat your feet release during the day. By wearing the same pair of shoes every day, the lining and upper of the shoe degrade faster, has not enough time to dry and maintain its shape.

This can also lead to an increased risk of fungal infections (mycosis) and cause smelly feet. I advise you to own at least two pairs of shoes and alternate.
