Did you know that 150 million Americans make New Year's resolution every January? That's a lot of disappointed people if you consider that a quarter of those people will abandon their resolutions within that same month!
Why do we need resolutions to change and improve ourselves and life? Is it really an unavoidable of the New Year transition? For sure, setting ambitious resolutions can be fun and inspiring, but the difficulty in achieving them means that your elation can turn into frustration.
This year, I personally decide to NOT make New Year's resolutions. I decided to set a goal for each month of the year. Why? Because I want to improve myself and my life every month of 2016!
A lot of monthly tasks were tailored to my personal goals, including to be the best version of me for my birthday in November. I designed my own year-long experiment where each month consist of a different challenge. Maybe you want an example? Let's see this funny one:

January draws to a close, but it is not too late to change your tune!
Share your goals with me. They would probably inspire some of us :)
