Losing weight the easy way

Every woman has something they want to change about themselves; most common of those things is their weight. Most women start struggling with that aspect early on. The crazy thing is we would have been admired and probably popular back in the 1950s. Check this out:

In those days, adds that tout scientific ways to “add attractive pounds and inches” and “add glamorous curves to your figure.” And it wasn’t about health: the ads make it clear that being skinny or slender was unattractive.
So what happened then? I think you have to look no further than Twiggy or Victoria Secret.
Today, gaining weight is extremely easy; food is readily available to us – more and more delicious it seems - and our jobs are more and more sedentary.
Is there a solution?
Of course! Speaking from experience, it is easy to lose a few pounds. Problem is, we make it hard with excruciating tasteless diets and exercise routines we hate so much, they’re hard to stick too.
So a few years back, I tried something completely out of the norm for society; instead of doing what someone else tells me what I should do, I listened to my own intuition and lost 15pds in 8 weeks, without starving and without any hard exercise program to keep to either.
Let me present to you my big secret, it’s in four easy steps:
Learn to like what you got and have fun and stop beating yourself up!
Eat what you like and try to avoid sweets as much as possible, allowing for one or two treats a week.
Watch your portions. More often than not, we eat too fast which causes us to eat too much. The “satiation” feeling takes 20 minutes to reach our brain, if you eat a big plate in 10 minutes, you’ll have eaten too much. A good portion would be the size of a small plate.
Move more. All I did was add a 50 min brisk talk to my morning routine. But if what you like is swimming or biking then do that. The idea is to keep to it.
