Whether you’ve been a couple for 1 year, 5 years, 15 years or even 40 years, celebrating love should be done daily. Valentine's Day is a special day to remind us how important love is and our better half allows us to grow and flourish! Do you know this feeling when you meet someone and it's as if you've always known them? As if the words are not necessary, as if the eyes speak with the heart? This person who will be there by your side, in the ups and downs, who will allow you to bloom, to show your true color, and who will enlighten you with their light? This person who makes you want to believe in love, in you and in life? If life has put this person on your path and supports you no matter what, no matter the odds, be grateful and celebrate your love! Here are some special activities to celebrate Valentine's Day:
Winter picnic
Who said picnics were only for summer? Take off fur pelisse and head to the forest or backyard depending on your degree of adventure. Bottle of wine, cheese and tapas-style bites for a more gourmet menu or opt for the '' Comfort Food '' with a simmered meal in a thermos container and a decadent and spicy hot chocolate for dessert. You'll have plenty of time to warm up and snuggle up in front of a warm campfire.
In the country side
Take the country road away from the lights of the city, to live an unforgettable moment with your lover. Spread an insulating blanket or sleeping bags over the snow and observe the sky and the starry night. Hot drink, snack and tender moment will be waiting for you!
Lantern Walk
Hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or sledding in the light of lanterns. What's more romantic like a romantic moonlight outing!
A few dance steps to revive the flame?
Salsa, tango, bachata or slow waltz (...). Offering a dance class as a couple can be an activity to move, keep fit and get closer! Give yourself a nice break from everyday life by simply dancing, too, in the comfort of your living room, a slow dance on your favorite music.
A chef at home
How about taking a cooking class together? Or to bring a chef to the house? Discover new flavors, new passions, but especially have a great time!
I wish you happiness, one step at a time!
